SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for all of our customers. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location.

➊ USPS Priority Mail

  • Applicable for orders over 16 ounces
  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

➋ USPS First Class Mail

  • Applicable for orders under 16 ounces
  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

All international orders are handled by DHL and could take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We urge you to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order. Please allow us a handling time of up to 5 business days for all international packages.

For our international customers, all duties and taxes are paid upfront by DHL at the time of checkout to guarantee there are no extra fees once the package gets delivered at the destination country. There should be no surprise fees required to be able to pick up the package from your local post office.


We regret to inform you that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, and any claims related to such issues must be made by the customer directly to the appropriate carrier.


RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us, but please note that all sales are final. We are not currently offering refunds, returns, or exchanges. To assist in making your purchase decision, we have provided detailed measurements of each product.

Please be aware that our garments are secondhand and most are over 20 years old, which means they may show varying degrees of wear including dirt, paint, distressing, or other marks.

If you wanted to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please reach out to us at info@twofoldvintage.com. There will be a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of restocking the items + the card processing fee.


However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we want to make it right. Please contact us at info@twofoldvintage.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
